Islamic Jihad envoy: Islamic world must fulfill its spiritual duty over Al-Quds

Islamic Jihad leader in Gaza Khadr Habib warned against Zionist regime’s efforts for judaization of Al-Quds and Al-Aqsa mosque, saying “as much as Zionist regime continues excavation under al-Aqsa mosque, demolishes Palestinian homes, constructs settlement and restricts entrance of Palestinians prayers into Al-Quds, the responsibility of Muslims over holy Al-Quds has become more serious.

Speaking to Qodsna, he appreciated the late Imam Khomeini’s initiative for designating the last Friday of holy month of Ramadan as World Quds day.

The Islamic Jihad leader also greeted the Iranian people and government for their ongoing support to Palestine.

Imam Khomeini selected the right path, he said, adding “Imam was a compass that showed the right path to the Muslims by designating Quds day."
