Pak diplomat: Ahmadinejad's victory will accelerate efforts for achieving Palestinian rights

Senator Akram Zaki, former Pakistani secretary general of minister of state for foreign affairs told Qodsna that by re-election of Ahmadinejad, Iran's initiatives for achieving peace, establishment of independent Palestinian state and efforts for achieving rights of oppressed people would see a great success.

The Chairman of Pakistan International Human Rights Organization (PIHRO) congratulated Iran's president and nation on the vote, adding Pakistani people and government are happy for the reelection of Ahmadinejad.

"Ahmadinejad is a great official, a peace seeker and a strong supporter of Islamic Revolution," he said, adding "so the western powers oppose him."

"By re-election of Ahmadinejad as IRI president, the prestige of Iran will rise," Zaki added.
