Palestinian MP: West must hand off Iran's elections
Member of the Palestinian national council responsible for parliamentary affairs urged the Western countries to hand off Iran's elections
Interviewed by Qodsna, Zuhair Rishad Sanduka said the issue of elections was an internal affair of the Iranian people, adding that 'Israel' and Western countries especially America should avoid interference in Iran’s affairs.
Pointing to the latest unrests in Iran following the 10th presidential elections, he said it was not important for west or Israelis that who will be the winner of election in Iran "because they want to use such a fortune for achieving their goals."
"Iranian election was a chance for western countries and Zionist regime to express their hostility against Iran," the lawmaker said, adding “it was a chance for attacking Iran in general.”
"Iranian enemies wanted to change the government in Iran but the Iranian people successfully defused it," Sanduka said.
Sanduka noted that any stand taken by Israel or west and America against Iran is not in favor of Iranians at all.
