University professor: IRI Majlis will follow prosecution of Zionist’s war criminals

Faculty member of Iranian university calls for trial of Zionist criminals at international courts.

In a meeting on UN Goldstone report about Zionist regime’s war on Gaza held at the office of Iran based society in defense of Palestinian Nation (SDPN), Hussein Mir Mohammad Sadeghi urged those countries who consider a global authority for their courts to file lawsuit against Zionist crimes in Gaza and prosecute its criminals.

According to article 8 of Islamic punishment’s Laws and Fourth Geneva Convention, IRI Majlis or parliament will pass a law for the trial of criminals and prosecution of crimes including genocide and war crimes.

Pointing to UN fact-finding report about Gaza war, he said the Goldstone advised UN human rights council to accept the report and deliver it to UN Security Council.

Goldstone has called on UNSC to form a special expert commission for considering Zionist regime’s actions in 22-day Gaza war without bias.
