Christian figure: Israel has turned Gaza into open prison

On the first anniversary of Zionist regime’s 22-day war on GAZA, Dr Hans Ucko, the executive of inter-religious relations and dialogue of World Council of Churches told Qodsna that Israel has turned Gaza into open prison.

“According to UN Goldstone report, Israel committed war crimes” he said.

Israel has right to defend itself but during the Gaza war, it turned Gaza as an open prison for Palestinians and never allows the people of Gaza to live with dignity, Ucko regretted.

“War against Gaza was disproportionate”, he said, adding “Israeli war on Gaza was more punishment than defense.”
