Bahraini lawmaker: Israeli threats against Iran stem from the regime’s weakness

Khalil Marzouq, chairman of the Wefaq fraction in the Lebanese parliament said that the Zionist regime’s threats against the Islamic Republic of Iran stem from weakness and fear on the part of the regime.

Interviewed by Qodsna, he said that Israel is generally known as an aggressive regime which never unveils its real intentions and keeps its  schemes covert and therefore one can conclude that the regime’s recent threats against Iran are only for propaganda use and a moral booster for its desperate army.

Marzouk noted that the Iranian nation had proved it never initiates an attack against any country but would defend its territories robustly against any foreign threat.

He suggested that the recent Israeli threats are prompted by Iran’s stance to support the Palestinian nation.
