Israel attacks Gaza in fear of 3rd Palestinian Intifada - Iranian expert
An Iranian expert in Middle East affairs described the upcoming Fatah-Hamas reconciliation meeting in Cairo as a political maneuver of Acting Palestinian Authority chief Mahmorud Abbas (Abu-Mazen).
Hossein Royvaran told Qudsna that Abu-Mazen is not serious in reconciliation and unity with Hamas, adding that the reconciliation meeting was scheduled to be held in Egypt while their disputes still exist.
Abu-Mazen’s compromise stance with the Zionist regime has not changed and he is not in favor of resistance groups and it proves that he is not serious in national unity talks.
He also said that the increase of Israeli attacks on Gaza Strip is due to the fear of the Tel Aviv’s authorities from possible uprising of Palestinians especially after their invitation for Intifada or uprising in social media site Facebook.
For the fear of such uprising, Zionist regime used all its tolls in US to force the manager of Facebook to remove the page which carried a call for a third intifada against Israel, the expert added.
