6 Pak personality terms Islamic Revolution guidance light for regional uprising

Dr Anwar Hossein Seddiqui the president of International Islamic University in Pakistan describes the victory of Islamic revolution in Iran as guidance light for the recent popular uprisings in the region.
 
On the eve of 22nd anniversary of the demise of late Imam Khomeini, Dr. Seddiqui told Qudsna that Imam Khomeini was the great leader in the world who led a revolution against dictatorship and monarchy.

"The victory of Islamic revolution of Iran injects hope to the people in Middle East and North Africa to upraise against tyranny rulers and dictatorship," he said.

"What we are witnessing in the region is the result of Imam Khomeini’s thoughts.
Surely, whenever the people start uprising against tyranny governments they will get triumph," Seddiqui added.

Dr Seddiqui described Palestine as the priority of Islam and urged all Muslims to be united against Zionism.
