Lebanese FM told Qodsna: Zionist regime threatens regional stability

Lebanese Foreign Minsiter Ali al-Shami called the Zionist regime as sole source of threat to regional peace and stability, adding that the regime must join the NPT unconditionally.

He told Qodsna on the sidelines of a conference on Disarmament in Tehran that the Zionist regime must allow the International Atomic Energy Agency to monitor its nuclear facilities.

He said the Zionist regime is aggressive in nature, adding that it was not appropriate to keep silence against the regime’s nuclear drives.

The Foreign Minister said it was the right of all signatories to the NPT to access and use nuclear energy.
