(8) Aljazeera director: Imam Khomeini institutionalize cultured of resistance in world

Director of research department in Aljazeera TV network said all the current popular uprisings should model Iran's revolution and that Imam Khomeini institutionalized the culture of resistance in the world.

Salahoddin Zimohammad told Qudsna on the sidelines of a conference on Islamic awakening in Tehran Tuesday that the current uprisings suffer a weak point in that they have no unified leadership. He called on the leaders of the uprisings to model Iranian revolution.

"Imam Khomeini is a charismatic leader both among the Iranians and the Arab world," he said.

Zimohammad warned about a Zionist conspiracy to infiltrate the regional countries and disrupt the trend of their revolutions.

He said the regional people are seeking freedom, social justice and democracy.
