Mashal’s mistakes resulted in new WB cabinet

Formation of a new cabinet in the West Bank against all inter-Palestinian agreements was the result of the Hamas political bureau chief, Khaled Mashal’s mistakes in concluding the Doha deal with Palestinian authority, an IRI expert in Middle East affairs said.

Speaking to Qudsna, Mohammad Sadeq al-Husseini said the acting PA head Mahmoud Abbas has violated the Doha agreement by having the WB cabinet reshuffled.

The analyst said the Doha agreement was impractical from the very start as Hamas government distanced from Mashal’s unilateral granting of concessions to Abbas under the pressure of certain Arab states led by Qatar.

Sadeq al-Husseini believed that certain Arab states have caused the inter-Palestinian conflict to continue through covert and overt interference, adding that Abbas’s formation of new cabinet would only be in favor of the Zionist regime.
