Jordanian lawyer: Palestine will be freed following the Islamic awakening

Anis Fozi Qasem, a Jordanian lawyer believes that the Muslim world will soon see the Quds freed in the wake of the recent revolutions in the Muslim world.

He told Qudsna on the eve of the International Day of Quds that world people will mark the upcoming August 17 international day more magnificently than previous years in light of the regional revolutions.

Qasem said Palestinian support was part and parcel of the foreign policy of Islamic and Arab countries, adding that the current Islamic awakening would indeed lead to freedom go Palestine.

The Jordanian lawyer described Imam Khomeini as a free leader, adding that Imam Khomeini’s designation of the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan as the international day of Quds was a historical move and a turning point in the Palestinian history. He said the goals of the designations were going to be materialized gradually.

Qasem said Imam Khomeini revived the Palestinian issue.
