Ismail Haniya: Resistance, a religious duty

Resistance against the Zionist occupiers is a religious duty which would never come to a halt, Premier of the elected Palestinian government told a media conference, when asked by Qudsna reporter in Gaza about the issue of resistance.

Ismail Haniya said the occupiers have picked up the rhetoric of atrocity, siege and judaization rather than peace, adding that the siege on Gaza would sooner or later end up in a failure for the Zionist regime.

Haniya called on the international community to brush aside the claims of the Zionists that the siege on Gaza has eased, adding however that the Palestinian government and nation are determined to defeat the Zionist policy of sanctions.
