Leader of Palestinian Fatah-Intifada Movement: Iran’s stances concerning the Palestinian issue would expose plots against resistance
Abu Mussa, Leader of Palestinian Fatah-Intifada Movement described the fifth international conference on the Palestinian Intifada underway in Tehran as a message from all dignified forces in the Arab and Islamic world in support of the Palestinian issue.
Basil Hussein Dashti who is in Tehran for the fifth edition of the conference was speaking to Quds News Agency on the sidelines of the major event.
Asked about the PA bid for a UN membership, Abu Mussa said all resistance forces consider the bid as dangerous for Palestine and Palestinians and a blow to any movement for the liberation of Palestine.
He said the world must be made aware about the issue and know that the Iranian stances concerning the Palestinian issue exposes any plots against Palestine and résistance.
The Palestinian personality appreciated the Islamic Republic for its stances since the victory of Islamic Revolution in Iran, namely its closure of the Israeli embassy in Tehran and opening of a Palestinian embassy in 1980.
He acknowledged that the Islamic Republic has already paid a heavy price for its support to the Palestinian nation.
