Iranian lawmaker: Iron Dome could not save Israel

An Iranian lawmaker said the Zionist regime would never run free from threat of collapse even if it props up its security capabilities.

Abbas-ali Mansouri Arani told Qudsna that the regime would not survive an imminent collapse through installation of missile defense systems on Lebanese and Syrian borders.

The lawmaker said during the eight-day war on Gaza in 2012, the Palestinian combatants proved the missile defense was futile.

The official said missile defense systems could not weaken the will of Muslims in destroying Israel, adding that the brave show of Palestinian combatants in Gaza has made the Israeli authorities desperate.
