Iranian expert: Turkey and Israel have fixed greedy eyes on Syria

A former Iranian ambassador believes that Turkey and Israel have fixed greedy eyes on the Syrian land and the recent Israeli apology to Turkey over the flotilla violence stems from the same common interests.

Muhammad-Hassan Qadiri Abyaneh said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s apology to Turkey actually translates into a move against Syria.

The political expert argued that the Zionist regime and the Turkish regime seek common goals in the Syrian crisis and that the US has mediated between the two to bring them into more harmony on the Syrian issue.

The expert noted Israel and Turkey has been engaged in military cooperation against Syria even before the apology.
