The declaration continued: "We hereby affirm that the Palestinian question has Arab and Islamic … roots since the Palestinian territories are endowment properties for all Muslims everywhere. Despite the world's silence towards the criminal act of displacing the Palestinians from their homeland and denying their right to establish their chosen political entity, we insist on the right of repatriation. Hence, we see every solution which does not guarantee the right of repatriation, the freedom of prisoners and the restoration of the Palestinian lands to be weak solution which we absolutely refuse and will never surrender to those who want to impose such solutions on our people."
"The reproduction of these mazes under such titles like the Road Map or Annapolis Summit," the document says, "will not result in stability because such agreements can only stabilize the Israeli security at the expense of our nation and our people's rights.
