Saudi influenced
by wrong analyses

Naqavi Hosseini
Spokesman of the Iranian parliamentary committee of national security and foreign policy, Sayyed Hossein Naqavi Hosseini says Saudi Arabia has been influenced by wrong analyses about regional conditions.
“Saudi is playing a puzzle devised by the US and Zionists,” he told the Qods News Agency (Qodsna).
Naqavi said Saudis think they could promote their image as an active regional player through violence and intervention in the regional states, adding however that the track would go nowhere other than a mire.
The Iranian lawmaker touched on the career and fate of Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein, adding Saudi must beware against taking the track of Saddam.
The lawmaker said Iran would harshly counter any threat or aggression against its territory, adding however that Iran would not initiate a military solution as it believes in finding a resolution to the current disputes through dialogue.
