A senior Iranian parliament member says the recent US show of missile debris aims to be a distraction for the world public opinion amid the Saudi daily killings of the Yemeni people.

Kazem Jalali told the Qods News Agency (Qodsna) that the US has skillfully put together a farce in order to deceive the people.

 He said the US also seeks to undermine the Islamic Republic’s upper hand position in the region.

Jalali warned of an arsenal in the making in the region and said the US seems to be inciting a war in the region.

The lawmaker cautioned the regional Arab states to take lessons from the fate of Saddam Hussein and the supports they gave to him during his invasion of Iran.

 He said the Iranian authorities wish to have a word of advice for the regional Arab states and that is ‘avoid playing in the court of the Western states.’
