Society for the Defense of Palestinian Nation issues statement on Balfour Declaration anniversary
On the occasion of the anniversary of the notorious Balfour Declaration, the Society for the Defense of Palestinian Nation (SDPN) issued a statement, saying “the Balfour Declaration requires the UK government to be committed towards the creation of a Zionist state in the Islamic territory of Palestine”.
“The Balfour Declaration led to the accommodation of Jews in Palestine and prepared the situation for a historical forgery and forming a Jewish state, called Israel in 1948,” the statement read.
Referring to the crimes and atrocities committed by the Zionist regime, the statement added: “The regime has maintained instability among Islamic countries and in the Middle East over the past 72 years.”
The Society for the Defense of Palestinian Nation in Iran (SDPN) condemned the Balfour Declaration, noting that the UK government is complicit in every crime the Zionist regime committed in Palestine, and therefore, the UK government should be accountable for that.
The Society for the Defense of Palestinian Nation also urges International and particularly Islamic community to be aware of conspiracies accompanied the Balfour Declaration, including the so-called ‘Deal of Century’ or the recent normalization deals between Arab states and Israel.
