Imam Khomeini's daughter congratulates Sheikh Zakzaky's release

Following the release of Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky, the founder of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria and his spouse, Dr. Zahra Mostafavi Khomeini, the Secretary-General of Society for the defense of Palestinian People (SDPN) sent him a congratulation message.

Tehran (Qodsna) - “The release of the dear leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria and your honorable wife, after 6 years of captivity, brought joy to many Muslim communities, including the Muslims of Nigeria and Iran, and especially the oppressed Palestinian people,” the message of Dr. Zahra Mostafavi Khomeini to Sheikh Zakzaky reads.

“We thank God Almighty for answering our prayers for your freedom.”

“Jihad for the sake of God has many difficulties and will continue to do so, but it is easy for the Mujahideen, who think only of the duty and satisfaction of their God, to endure these hardships. Undoubtedly, you are a jihadist who came to the field with your life, property and children, and dedicating 6 children in the way of God and enduring 6 years of captivity in harsh prison conditions is a precious baggage on the great day of loneliness,” the message reads.

“On behalf of all the members of the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations supporting the Palestinian people and the Board of Trustees of the Society for the Defense of the Palestinian Nation (SDPN), I congratulates the freedom of you and your honorable wife, and thanks God for this divine blessing. May your life be modeled on communities and scholars in propagating the religion of God and supporting the oppressed and the deprived,” it added.
