Hamas condemns US delegation’s visit to Al-Aqsa under Israeli protection

On the visit by a US delegation to the Al-Aqsa Mosque, member of Hamas’ International Relations Office Basem Naim said: This unacceptable behavior stresses anew that the complete bias of US policy towards the Israeli narrative is a primary reason behind the continuation of this occupation and aggression against our Palestinian people and their holy sites.

Under the protection of the Israeli occupation police, the visit constitutes a blatant violation of international law and resolutions, Basem Naim added.

The repetition of such visits tempts the Israeli occupation to commit further foolish acts, heightens tensions, and adds fuel to the already raging fire, particularly in Al-Quds, he said. 

The US administration shall bear the responsibility for the grave repercussions of this move.
