Head of Zionist regime's internal security organization holds security meetings in Egypt

The main topics of discussion were issues of security and the exchange of Israeli prisoners with Hamas members.
The new head of the Shin Bet security agency, Ronen Bar, traveled to Egypt on Sunday for talks with his Egyptian counterpart, spy chief Abbas Kamel, Israeli media reported.
Bar was reportedly part of an Israeli delegation to Cairo that also included Prime Minister Naftali Bennett’s National Security Advisor, Eyal Hulata.
The meeting, like previous ones in recent months, was aimed at discussing the situation in the Gaza Strip and the continuation of a potential long-term global truce process with the Hamas Movement.
The issue of Egyptian mediation regarding a possible exchange of prisoners between Hamas and the Zionist regime should also be discussed in the meeting.
It was Bar's first trip to Egypt since he was approved last month as the new security service leader.
Given the deep-rooted intervention of France and the United States and to some extent Britain in Egypt, Cairo's foreign policy in various presidential terms from the time of Mohammad Najib, Jamal Abdel Nasser, Anwar Sadat to the time of current Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, were set in line with the interests and goals of the US representative in the region, the Zionist regime.
In recent years, Egypt has not behaved in a manner commensurate with the dignity of the Palestinians who have been besieged and oppressed by the Zionist regime. The area in question should be prosecuted and amended. Shooting at Palestinian fishermen's boats at sea is a policy that should be pursued and reformed by politicians and the Egyptian army and other Arab and Islamic countries in the region.
In addition, the so-called symbolic and ostensible mediation of Cairo in the occasional wars between Israel and the Gaza Strip, which took place mainly when the Israeli regime was in a tight spot by Hamas and other resistance groups, is another factor that Cairo seems to observe in line with the goals and objectives set out in the Camp David Accords in the region.
