Hamas slams escalating Israeli colonial settlers’ attacks at Al-Aqsa Mosque

Hamas movement emphasizes that the new Israeli occupation attempts to escalate its aggression against the Al-Aqsa Mosque and divide the holy compound spatially and temporally will not pass. The Al-Aqsa Mosque is a red line, and the Palestinian people are prepared to make enormous sacrifices for the sake of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, Harun Nasiruddin, member of Hamas political bureau said in a press release.

We salute the Palestinian defenders of Al-Aqsa and call on the Palestinian people to protect the mosque against Israeli occupation measures and abort the Israeli colonial settlers’ plans to desecrate the mosque with all means possible, the statement reads.

We also urge the Arab and Islamic Ummah to support the steadfastness of the Palestinian people in occupied Jerusalem who are committed to protecting the mosque against Israeli occupation attacks, Nasiruddin added.  

We also urge international organizations to intervene and stop the Israeli occupation’s policies and attacks against the holy places, member of Hamas political bureau noted.
