Hamas: Land Day “prominent stage to derive meanings of national unity”

Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas: On the 46th anniversary of Land Day, comprehensive resistance is the way to deter the occupation and regain our Palestinian national rights.
 

On this occasion, Palestine Land Day,  we recall the martyrs who revolted against the occupier to defend the Palestinian Land in Galilee, the Triangle, and the occupied Negev in 1976, which reiterates that the Palestinian people have been and will be forever entrenched in this land, and declare their rejection of all schemes of concession, abandonment, and projects to liquidate their legitimate rights, Hamas said in a statement.

On the 46th anniversary of Land Day, which will remain a prominent station to inspire the meanings of national unity, steadfastness, and resistance, we in Hamas Movement emphasize the followings:

First: We adhere to our historical land from its sea to its river, and to our legitimate right to defend our land and protect our people with comprehensive resistance as a strategic choice to deter the occupation and regain our national rights.

Second: Al-Quds and the Al-Aqsa Mosque are the focus of the conflict with the Zionist occupation. We warn the occupation of escalating its terrorism and allowing its colonial settlers to provocative desecration its courtyards. Our Palestinian people will not stand idly by and will defend it by all means.

Third: The occupation crimes against our land, our people, and our holy sites, through colonial settlement, Judaization, killing, and displacement, will not succeed in falsifying historical documents, and will prevent it from the alleged security.

Fourth: We have rejected all compromising projects and resisted all liquidation attempts of our legitimate rights, foremost of which is the Right of Return. We call on the Arab and Islamic Ummah, all human rights and humanitarian organizations to protect the Palestinian refugees at home and diaspora as they rejected an alternative homeland and look forward to returning to their homeland.

Fifth: Liberating the Palestinian detainees are the forefront of our Palestinian resistance priorities, and we call on our Palestinian people to continue solidarity with their battle against the occupier jailer.

Sixth: The "Great March of Return" from Gaza and all our occupied lands is a prominent station in the history of our struggle that embodied the unity of our Palestinian people in their battle for liberation and doomed the projects to liquidate the Palestinian cause into failure.

Seventh: Liberating the land of Palestine, ending the occupation, and establishing a fully sovereign Palestinian state, with Jerusalem as its capital, does not concern the Palestinian people only but rather is a historical responsibility of the Arab and Islamic Ummah and the free people of the world.

We salute the Palestinian people in the 1948 occupied lands, Al-Quds, West Bank, Gaza Strip, Refugee Camps, and diaspora.
