Liberation of Palestine was
the main extracts of Imam Khomeini's thoughts

Seyyed Reza Sadr al-Hosseini

Tehran (Qodsna) - In an interview with Qudsna, Seyyed Reza Sadr al-Hosseini, a senior expert on international affairs, examined the role of Imam Khomeini's thoughts on the issue of Palestine and the continuation of Ayatollah Khamenei's leadership in the direction of these thoughts.

“Considering that the issue of Quds and Palestine was one of the important and strategic issues in Imam Khomeini's thoughts, the liberation of Palestine was considered as the main extracts of his thoughts,” he said.

Stating that the issue of Palestine and the issue of fighting the Zionist regime was not a new issue in the Islamic Revolution, Sadr al-Husseini added, “Imam Khomeini always pointed at the issue of Palestine and the fight against the Zionist regime, and the fact that Zionists are sided with the global arrogance, the United States.”

“After the victory of the Islamic Revolution, by the order of Imam Khomeini, the infamous embassy of the Zionist regime immediately became the embassy of Palestine and Leaders of the Palestine Liberation Movement were one of the first group of foreigners who enter Iran after the revolution,” the Iranian expert said, referring to the historic events after the Islamic Revolution.

“The issue of Palestine was a special issue in the eyes of the Imam and was pursued in cultural, political, social, security and military dimensions,” he stressed.
