Experts and thinkers from 13 countries have taken part in the international event.

Iran’s Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, warned that the consequences of war would not be confined to the Middle East and could spill over into other regions, causing widespread insecurity.

In his address, Araghchi paid tribute to Nasrallah, recognizing his pivotal role in shaping the resistance movement and his ability to shift regional power dynamics. Nasrallah’s leadership, grounded in deep faith, was instrumental in redefining resistance, showing the world that success and influence can be achieved without reliance on major powers.

Araghchi also condemned Israel’s continued aggressive policies and its repeated violations of international law, warning that they threaten not only regional stability but global peace. He stated that Nasrallah’s resistance demonstrated how to confront such challenges with unwavering determination.

The conference, which included attendees from across the Muslim world, focused on celebrating Nasrallah’s legacy and his contributions to the fight against Zionism and imperialism.

Iran’s Parliament Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf says the martyrdom of former Hezbollah Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah has revealed the futility of compromise in the face of the Zionist regime.

“This awareness allows us to turn Nasrallah’s martyrdom into an enduring asset for continuing his legacy and fulfilling the mission to which he devoted his life.”

Qalibaf highlighted Nasrallah’s unwavering support for the fighters of the Gaza-based resistance movement Hamas since the onset of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood.

He quoted Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei as saying, “Every blow against the (Zionist) regime, by any person or group, serves not only the region but all of humanity.”

Qalibaf described Nasrallah as a “wise statesman” who acted and spoke with faith and reason. “He organized Lebanon’s Shia community around internal solidarity and coexistence with other Lebanese groups.”

Sayed Hassan Nasrallah was martyred in a massive airstrike that Israel launched on southern Beirut on September 27 using American-supplied bunker-buster bombs.
