Syrian Veep slams Zionist regime's warmongering policies

Farouq Al-Shara Thursday discussed with a German Parliamentary Delegation, headed by MP Andreas Schockenhoff of the Democratic Christian party, the situation in the Middle East and the role that could be played by Germany to help tackle regional problems.

"Syria seeks peace and stability, but Israelis intend to escalate tension in the region, and their wicked intention became crystal clear when Israeli airplanes violated Syrian airspace last September in order to push the situation towards confrontation instead of peace," Al-Shara added.
