Son of George Hawi: Israel assassinated my father/ Explosives used in Lebanon expolsions are only in hand of America and Israel

Rafei Madine, son of the assassinated former leader of the Lebanese Community Party, George Hawi accused the Zionist regime of being behind the assassination of his father.

He criticized some internal parties for not thinking of holding responsible Tel Aviv for terrorists attacks and explosions in Lebanon.

In an interview with the Lebanese satellite channel Al Minar, the Madine added there are some documents that prove the Zionist regime is responsible in the assassination of his father.

He said there were documents inside Lebanon army that would help find a linkage between the terror network of Mahmood Rafeh and the Israeli intelligence agencies.

"Some members of the network have also acknowledged they were behind the assassination of Jihad Jibril, the son of the secretary general of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, Ahmad Jibrael."

Hawi noted that Hosein Khatab, a member of the network who recently fled to Israel was assigned to protect his father.

He urged the Lebanese courts to consider the the army documents and take due actions.

He also urged the courts to submit the existing documents to the UN international fact finding committee for Rafiq Hariri assassination.

"The explosives used in the assassinations of Hawi and other Lebanese authorities are usually made in America and Zionist regime's armies, the son of murdered former leader of the Lebanese Community Party said.

On June 21st, 2005 the former leader of the Lebanese Community Party, George Hawi was assassinated in a car bomb in Beirut.
