AL meets on autumn confab

Arab ministers meet in Egypt on Friday to decide whether to join an American-sponsored Middle East 'Peace confab.'

There is scepticism among Arab nations about the so-called meeting.

"The main issue on the agenda is to decide whether Arab participation will be determined by a common decision, or individually," said Hisham Yussef, Amr Mussa's chief of staff.
