Palestinians now hope to secure the release of their prisoners through several levers of pressure including an exchange of Israeli troops, those dead or alive.\r\n\r\n\tAs the news of the agreement spread, people started to celebrate not only in Gaza but also in the West Bank, further helping the Palestinians to consolidate their national unity. The West Bank population by celebrating the victory showed it shares the triumph. Actually it was a gain for the Palestinians to cement their unity during the war. The nation now has a strong morale for rebuilding Gaza and striving to meet its other demands including the establishment of port and airport in Gaza.\r\n\r\n\tOn the other side however there are many proofs to argue that the truce agreement would inflict a heavy cost on the Netanyahu cabinet and probably would push it to collapse.
