The 2006 summer war against Lebanon destroyed what it had accumulated in the past years and brought it to ground zero.\r\nIsrael makes dreams of generate boost like in 1948 out of more Western ties however neither Israel holds the 1948 status nor America and English as two staunch allies of the regime enjoy the same victorious status following the World War Two. Neither Israel could won its establishment war against Lebanon nor America scored a successful performance in Iraq or Afghanistan.\r\nMoreover, a new phenomenon is currently living in the region which emerged in 1980s and passed the stages of emergence and establishment through 8 years after the third millennium, now waiting for recognition: Resistance. The West is toiling to prevent the phenomenon from passing recognition stage; their solution is a politico-military project to be co-held by assistance of some Arab regimes during the summer to come. They apparently seek to tighten their holds in Iraq, Palestine and Lebanon as a counter-move to the phenomenon. The project which must be fulfilled in the remaining months of Bush's tenure consist of formation of a Palestinian state, conclusion of a security pact with the Iraqi government and provocation of civil war in Lebanon and if possible an invasion of the country. \r\nThe 60th anniversary festivals are intended to be a prelude for the great deal. Once a deal was signed by Abu Mazen for the establishment of a Palestinian state, no matter what happens to Qods or refugees, there would remain Iraq and Lebanon.\r\nIraq in lieu of the security accord with America will be allowed to exit the article 7 of the UN Charter and will get independent from the body however it has to go along with Israel as a precondition.\r\nThere remains Lebanon which has proved the most influential Arab player in the Middle East at least in the past two years.
