According to Qods News Agency (Qodsna), Hossein Salami, the deputy commander of the Revolutionary Guards Corps, said: "The Islamic Revolution, it is a revolution that opened up a new path for Muslims in this era of new ignorance.”<\/p>\r\n\r\n

General Salami said that this great incident occurred in a situation in which the true identity of Muslims was plundered by the West. There was no concept in the name of the Islamic world in the political geography of the universe.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Furthermore General Salami, stated that the Islamic history was written by outsiders, added: "The Islamic world was an inseparable part of the geography of the Western world which was centered by America, and the wealth of the Islamic world was plundered and Muslims were backward."<\/p>\r\n\r\n

He added: "Imam Khomeinie said they (the US) cannot do a thing, the US embassy, a spy house, was captured. They were captured 444 days; they provided Special Forces for the release of their hostages while we did not have a solid defense at that time. Sardar Salami addressed the participants of the conference and emphasized: "Brothers and sisters today the Islamic world has achieved enormous power and from the other hand, Americans in the last forty years have not achieved a single victory."<\/p>\r\n\r\n

He added: "Islamic Iran is ready to defend Islamic and all Islamic values with all its power, and it will not allow infidels to dominate the Islamic Ummah.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
