[[{"content_id":"80805","domain_id":"0","lang_id":"en","portal_id":"2","owner_id":"29","user_id":"1","view_accesslevel_id":"0","edit_accesslevel_id":"0","delete_accesslevel_id":"0","editor_id":"0","content_title":"Annapolis confab not to achieve any success - Palestinian deputy","content_number":"0","content_date_event":"2007-11-21 11:48:00","content_summary":"","content_summary_fill":"0","content_body":" \r\nZuhair Reshad Sanduka, member of the Palestinian National Council told Qodsna Tuesday that the Annapolis meeting will not achieve any successful results.\r\n \r\n"Although we have to attend the Annapolis meeting but it seems that this meeting will not achieve any successful results," Sanduka said.\r\n\r\nHe was speaking to Qodsna on the sidelines of the second general assembly of the Asian Parliamentary Assembly (APA).\r\n \r\n"As mass media all over the world are under influence of the western countries, they would try to pretend that the Israelis are seeking peace and that the Palestinians are not," he deplored.\r\n \r\n"They (Israelis) don’t want to implement the resolution about right of refugees to attend in their original home and refuse to withdraw to behind the 1967 borders," Sanduka said.\r\n\r\n"They also do not want to halt construction of the separation wall," he added, as reasons for his argument.\r\n \r\nPointing to the presence of the Iranian delegates in the international Qods Conference in Istanbul, Turkey last week, he appreciated the IR of Iran as well as the Qods News Agency for supporting Palestine.\r\n\r\n"We remember Imam Khomeini, the late founder of Islamic Republic," he said, adding that the closure of the former Israeli embassy in Tehran and it conversion to Palestine embassy was the first step that Imam took after the victory of the Islamic Revolution.\r\n\r\n"Declaration of a date to mark Qods city was the second step that Imam took about Palestine," he added.","content_html":" \r\n
