‘Fridays of Anger and Victory’ rallies across Iran condemn Zionists, their supporters

“Friday of Anger and Victory” march held across the country after the Friday prayers to condemn the Zionist regime’s atrocities in Gaza and express solidarity with the oppressed people of the Palestinian enclave.

Severe famine, hunger, thirst, displacement, massacre, homelessness, bombing, and the death of children are the daily stories of the most oppressed and alienated people on earth, and the unprecedented pain and pressure on more than 2 million people call all Muslims and freedom-loving people to cry out and take action, Iran’s Islamic Development Coordination Council said in a statement.

“What is happening in the Gaza Strip is the full manifestation of the failure and desperation of a regime that, after months of crimes and bombings, has now resorted to the most despicable methods in the wake of its inability to reach an agreement for a ceasefire and the release of its prisoners.”

The statement added that the brutal attacks by the Zionist regime’s military on the gatherings of Palestinian refugees waiting to receive flour and food is only a fraction of this desperation and brutality.

“This evil regime, under the shameful silence of the international community, is bent on killing the Palestinian people with the tools of hunger and thirst, and the disaster is deepening day by day, and this situation makes the historical responsibility of nations to stand by the truth even heavier than before.”

Tehran Friday prayer leader: Israel fully aware any miscalculation leads to crushing blow to regime

The interim Friday prayer leader of Tehran says Israel suffered a hard blow during the 12-day war with Iran adding that the regime is fully aware that any miscalculation in front of the Islamic Republic would lead to a crushing response by Tehran.

Hujjat-ul-Islam Sayyed Mohammad Hassan Abutorabi Fard, in his Friday sermon on July 25 referred to the analysis gathered from more than 20 official Hebrew, western and Arabic websites which called the 12-day war against Iran as one of the most complicated challenges for the Zionist regime.

The cleric said,” Despite the exceptional censorship by the Zionist Israeli media managed by the regime’s intelligence institutions, the damage inflicted on the regime is an estimated amount of $30-35 billion, equal to 8% of the GDP in the occupied Palestinian territories.”

He added,” Although Iran’s military and intelligence institutions are fully prepared for a crushing response to a possible aggression by the regime, Tel Aviv is quite aware that if it makes another miscalculation, then its military and economic pillars would be blown away.”

In another part of his sermon, Hujjat-ul-Islam Abutorabi Fard hailed the “highest level of national solidarity and the unity of Iranian nation with the system” since early hours of the Israeli attacks on the country.

“Iranian nation revealed the most glorious form of national solidarity”, said the Friday prayer leader of Tehran and added,” All people stood against the domineering powers to show that Iranian people are all epitomes of blessing, kindness, devotion to each other and resistance against enemies.”

He also lauded the wisdom of Iranian President, Masoud Pezeshkian and the heads of other powers that brought the highest levels of solidarity among officials and the people.
