Hamas calls for int’l action to stop Zionist regime’s war crimes in Gaza

The Hamas Movement has called on the UN, the Arab League, and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to fully assume their legal and moral responsibilities towards the Palestinian people and work on stopping the crimes of genocide, starvation and forced displacement being committed by the Israeli occupation regime against them.
In a statement on Friday, Hamas accused the Zionist regime’s occupation army of persisting in committing “appalling war crimes” in the Gaza Strip, pointing to the attack on the Sultan family’s home that massacred over 14 people and the massive destruction of buildings in Gaza City.
“The ongoing Israeli bombardment across various areas of the Gaza Strip constitutes organized state terror carried out in blatant defiance of international resolutions and humanitarian conventions, with no regard for the consequences of these horrific crimes,” Hamas said.
Hamas called for necessarily holding Israeli leaders, especially Benjamin Netanyahu, accountable for all the atrocities and violations committed against the Palestinian people.
The Movement warned that “the glaring international and UN paralysis and the protection provided by the US administration give Netanyahu’s government the green light to persist in the massacres and systematic genocide against the Palestinian people.”
