Gaza: Martyr toll climbs to 70,945 martyrs
The martyr toll from the Zionist regime’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, which started on October 7, 2023, has surged to 70,945 martyrs, according to the health ministry on Friday.
The ministry added that the total number of the wounded also surged to 171,211 people.
In its daily report, the ministry said that hospitals received the bodies of three civilians, as well as 12 wounded people during the past 24 hours.
Since the ceasefire agreement took effect on October 10, 2025, at least 410 Palestinians have been martyred, 1,134 others injured.
