Zionist regime’s attacks claim 11 civilian lives in Gaza, among them two children
At least 11 Palestinian civilians, including two children and two women, were martyred in Zionist regime’s attacks in the Gaza Strip on Saturday.
According to media sources, an Israeli drone strike targeted a home belonging to the Abu Hasna family in al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza in the evening, killing three people and injuring others.
Among the martyrs in al-Bureij camp was Al Jazeera photojournalist Ahmad Washah, the brother of slain journalist Mohamed Washah.
In Gaza City, Kamal as-Sayyed, 62, was killed after Zionist regime’s gunboats opened fire at tents sheltering displaced families in the al-Emadi area along the western seashore of the city.
In southern Gaza, an Israeli drone strike targeted a group of citizens in western Khan Yunis, killing one of them and injuring seven others.
In northern Gaza, a woman identified as Taghreed Zomlot succumbed to her wounds after being shot earlier in the day by Israeli forces in Beit Lahia.
Earlier at dawn, media sources reported that four citizens were martyred and others were injured when an Israeli airstrike targeted an apartment in Gaza City, identifying the martyrs as Hussein as-Safadi, his wife, and their two kids.
Another citizen was also martyred in an Israeli strike near as-Saftawi junction, north of Gaza City.
